1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and 507 AUTO DETAILING LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website and any educational materials, guides, webinars, and related content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. You also agree that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services. These Terms apply to visitors, learners, and anyone who interacts with our site, including by submitting a contact form.

2. Service Description (Educational Only)

The Services provide educational content about crowdfunding and e-commerce, including informational explanations of crowdfunding models (donation, reward-based, and equity as concepts), online campaign structure, digital storefront workflows, consumer behavior basics, and payment processing terminology. We may offer courses, webinars, workshops, downloadable guides, and curated resource lists.

The Services are strictly educational. We do not provide financial services, do not act as a broker or intermediary, do not operate a crowdfunding portal, and do not process donations, investments, or payments for third-party campaigns. Any references to industry practices are presented for learning purposes and should not be treated as professional advice tailored to your situation.

The Services may be updated over time to reflect changes in common practices, terminology, and learning needs for Canada and international contexts. We may add, revise, or remove lessons, templates, or examples as part of standard maintenance and curriculum improvements.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services. If you are a parent or guardian and allow a minor to use the Services, you are responsible for the minor’s activity.

If we provide account features (such as access to purchased learning materials or webinar registration), you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Unless we explicitly permit otherwise, you may create and use only one account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Obligations

When using the Services, you agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Respect the educational nature of the site and avoid misrepresenting the content as professional advice.
  • Provide accurate contact information when submitting forms so we can respond appropriately.
  • Use reasonable efforts to keep your device and accounts secure, including by using strong passwords where applicable.
  • Refrain from actions that may disrupt the Services or interfere with other users’ access.

If you submit questions or feedback, you agree not to include sensitive personal information in free-text fields. If you accidentally submit sensitive data, contact us promptly through the contact channels listed in Section 16 so we can address it in accordance with our privacy practices.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all text, course structures, graphics, icons, templates, and website code, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. “Canada 2026 Learning” and related branding elements are used as identifiers for our educational program.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Services except as explicitly permitted by us in writing.

If you download materials where download is enabled, those materials are provided for your personal reference. You may not resell, share, upload, or publish them on other websites or platforms without our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

  • Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data, content, or course materials from the Services without permission.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover source code or underlying models, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with the Company.
  • Uploading or transmitting malware, malicious scripts, or harmful code.
  • Spamming, phishing, or engaging in fraudulent conduct, including attempts to obtain credentials or payment details.
  • Interfering with the security, integrity, or availability of the Services, including through denial-of-service attacks.
  • Using the Services to promote or solicit investments, donations, or financial transactions, or to operate fundraising campaigns through our site.
  • Violating any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other proprietary rights.

We may investigate suspected violations and may cooperate with law enforcement or regulators where required. We may also remove or restrict access to content or accounts associated with prohibited activities.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Educational Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

Educational disclaimer: The Services provide general educational information about crowdfunding and e-commerce systems. The Services do not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice about your specific circumstances, including any decisions about fundraising, securities, contracts, taxes, consumer protection, or privacy compliance.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. While we aim to keep content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any educational materials, and examples may be simplified for teaching purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Company, its affiliates, or its officers, directors, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the lesser of (a) the amount you paid to the Company for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

10. Third-Party Links and Educational References

The Services may reference third-party tools, websites, documentation, or educational resources. These references are provided for informational and learning purposes only. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

If we include affiliate links to educational tools or software, we may receive a commission if you choose to purchase through those links. This does not change the educational nature of the Services and does not mean we endorse a specific provider as best for every learner. You should review third-party terms and privacy policies before using their services.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Privacy and our practices related to cookies and analytics, including the choices provided in our cookie banner.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Company or other users, or engaged in prohibited activities. We may also restrict access to specific features while investigating suspected violations.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. The following sections will survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice on the website.

Changes will become effective fourteen (14) days after posting, unless a change is required by law to take effect sooner. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 15, you agree that the state and federal courts located in Tacoma, Washington will have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us in writing and providing a description of the issue, relevant details, and your preferred resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to respond within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

The parties agree to a thirty (30) day informal resolution period starting when we receive your written notice. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may pursue a claim in the courts described in Section 14.
